A delicious meal that is customizable AND kid-approved!
Ingredients:
Bone Broth-
- Soup Bones
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- jalapeño, fresh & sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- salt & pepper, to taste
Udon Noodles
Ginger, to taste
Flank Steak, thinly sliced
Toppings:
- hard boiled egg
- edamame beans
- matchstick carrots
- thinly sliced radishes
- sliced mushrooms
- green onions
- sesame seeds or sesame oil
- sriracha or red pepper flakes for more heat
1. Place bone broth ingredients into a dutch oven or slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Increase temperature to high 30 minutes before serving.
2. Add ginger, noodles, steak to bowl and add broth on top.
3. Add toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
