Shipping policy

Please review your choice of shipping options. Frozen meat is packed on ice and will arrive to you frozen, partially frozen or cold to the touch.

Per USDA regulations, meat can be refrozen and used later. 

Items are shipped via FedEx and a tracking code will be emailed to you. 

We are not responsible for items that are delayed or damaged due to inaccurate or incorrect address information.
