We’re Not Just One Farm—And That’s by Design

Fresh Start Farms began as a hands-on farming operation. From 2015 to 2024, we raised cattle ourselves and learned—firsthand—what it takes to produce good beef the right way.

As demand grew, so did our vision.

Today, instead of limiting our impact to a single farm, we collaborate with other Nebraska farmers who share the same standards and values we built our operation on. This allows us to serve more families while staying rooted in local agriculture.

We continue to work with a trusted Nebraska butcher, Blair Meat Market, who sources cattle from these farmers and processes everything locally. That consistency matters—to us and to you.
