Returns
Returns and handled on a case by case basis. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@freshstartfarms.co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Meat that is shipped can be received frozen, partially frozen, or cold to the touch. We ensure enough frozen material to keep the package safe for arrival.

We track each package via FedEx tracking. 

We are not responsible for items left outside where elements or delays cause the meat to spoil.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns. However if it is determined that the error is on our part we will replace or refund accordingly.
