Beef, Liver (Sliced)

Our pasture-raised beef liver is from Omaha-area cattle and is high in nutritional value. The liver is often used sautéed or in a stir fry. Best when cooked through, but not overcooked as it can get chewy quickly. Fresh Start Farms has the finest beef liver in Omaha, and it is hormone-and chemical-free.
